2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Select facial and wellness treatments may be available for younger clients only with prior parental or legal guardian consent, at our sole discretion. Proof of age and/or a consultation may be required before certain treatments.

Every treatment begins with a professional consultation at Villa Sainte to determine whether it is appropriate for your skin type, health history, and aesthetic goals. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin condition, treatment protocol, and adherence to aftercare guidance. Villa Sainte Medical Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes, and no treatment is entirely risk-free — potential risks and expected outcomes are always reviewed with you during consultation.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

To provide the best possible care and access for all our patients, we ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. (Confirm exact policy)

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards, and other methods available through our booking platform. (Confirm if cash/Apple Pay/financing, e.g., Cherry or CareCredit, are accepted)

Refunds: Services already rendered are final and non-refundable. Unopened, unused retail products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with any questions about a specific purchase.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards purchased through Villa Sainte Medical Spa do not expire and have no additional fees, in accordance with Florida law. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Promotional offers, packages, and discounts are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted. Only one promotional discount may be applied per transaction. (Confirm if Villa Sainte uses a two-tier gift card system similar to bonus/referral cards — this section can be expanded accordingly.)

7. Cell Phone Usage & Facility Etiquette

To preserve the comfort and confidentiality of all patients, we ask that cell phones remain silenced in treatment rooms. Photos, videos, or recordings of other patients or staff are not permitted without prior consent. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a calm, private environment for everyone.

8. Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our facility or anywhere on the property.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected through our website, booking platform, or during in-office visits is used strictly for appointment scheduling, communication, and improving your experience with Villa Sainte Medical Spa.
